Order Policy

1.MOA/MOQ

• We accept mixed small order, and each order amount(MOA) is less than $3000.00 for each shipment, we are unable to cover our costs due to high local charges incurred each shipment. But we will coordinate with customers' order below $3000.00 by adding $300.00 surcharges to each order/shipment.
• Minimum order quantity(MOQ) for each item will be shown in our formal quotation sheet.

2.Delivery Time

• Our general delivery time is 20-60 days.
• We will reconfirm exact shipping date with our customer after each firm order, subject to different seasons and production capacities.

3.Samples & Customization

• We could offer one piece free sample for each item(item's charge less than 5 dollars), and frieght will be on customer's account. For samples more than one piece, we will add the charges to the invoice. But such costs can be refunded if a remarkable order will be placed later on.
• Customer's designs will be welcome,we will try best to meet any requests,the customer's design will be kept exclusively.

4.Payment Terms

• Per order Amount <3000 USD 100% T/T in advance
• Per order Amount >3000 USD 50% in advance, balance shall be settled before delivery

5.Payment Method

     Trade Assurance in Alibaba, Western Union, and T/T all accept.
